About Us

Amber Ridge Homeowner's Association is an all volunteer Board. Our mission is to help our Community remain vital, strong and be a desireable place to live. We pride ourselves on the quality and co-operation of our residents.

Amber Ridge history

Our Community was completed in the fall of 2003. It was built by C. P. Morgan builders. We have 140 units in the development, occupied by families of all ages and backgrounds. We have a playground for our children, two retention ponds and one natural pond which is stocked with several varieties of fish.

Resident testimonials

We love watching the families walking together in the neighborhood. It's a joy to see parents and children at the playground, enjoying time with each other. Several of the men in the Community have enjoyed fishing in the pond. I've seen some good sized fish come out of there.
